T Train Cycling Centre 6-Week Progressive Build Endurance Challenge

Join T Train and build your base mileage/aerobic fitness/endurance over 6 weeks so that when the time comes to head outdoors again (here’s hoping for April…) you will be super strong and ready to rock it!

When you ride these awesome miles with awesome people, you can win some awesome prizes from the Trek Bicycle Store of Aurora, The Runner’s Academy and 21 Stages Cycling!

Here’s how it works:  There are three challenge options which run from Saturday February 20 until Saturday March 27 or Sunday March 28, 2021.

Option #1  LONG COURSE CHALLENGE:  Ride the virtual cycling class at T Train every Saturday and increase your ride time by 30mins each week for 6 weeks.  Rides will be held on Saturdays and will start with a 2:30 ride on Saturday February 20, 2021.  The last ride of the challenge will be on Saturday March 27, 2021 and will be 5 hours.  Intensity of the rides will be adjusted so that the rides are safe and doable and FUN!

Gain lots of great miles in your legs and stay MOTIVATED as you ride with our T Train community and Coach T!

Option #2  IRON CHALLENGE:  Ride the virtual cycling classes at T Train for 2 hours every Saturday AND Sunday for 6 weeks. Rides will be held on Saturdays and Sundays and will start with a 2-hour ride on Saturday February 20, 2021.  The last ride of the challenge will be on Sunday March 28, 2021.

Gain lots of miles in your legs without having to ride longer than 2 hours at a time.  Stay motivated as you ride with our T Train community and our T Train coaches:  Coach T, Coach Celeste and Coach Jessica.

Option #3  ULTRA CHALLENGE:  Ride the virtual cycling classes at T Train every Saturday and Sunday and increase your ride time by 30mins every Saturday AND ride every Sunday for 2 hours for 6 weeks.  Rides will be held on Saturdays and Sundays and will start with a 2:30 ride on Saturday February 20, 2021.  Intensity of the rides will be adjusted so that the rides are safe and doable and FUN!

Stay motivated and gain lots of amazing aerobic fitness.  Ride with our awesome T Train cycling community and our T Train coaches and get ready to rock the outdoor season!

PRIZES for ALL T Train Riders: 

ALL T TRAIN RIDERS who ride a minimum of 2 T Train Classes/week (any classes)  will be entered into a random draw to win:

An online gait assessment at THE RUNNER’S ACADEMY and a $100 gift certificate from 21 STAGES CYCLING!

ANY T TRAIN RIDERS who successfully complete one of the three challenges (listed above) will also be entered into a random draw to win:

One of 2 online gait assessments at THE RUNNER’S ACADEMY and one of 2 $50 gift certificates from 21 STAGES CYCLING!

ALL T TRAIN RIDERS who complete the LONG COURSE CHALLENGE will win Neoprene Toe Warmers (value $27)

ALL T TRAIN RIDERS who complete the IRON CHALLENGE will win a cool t-shirt (value $33)

ALL T TRAIN RIDERS who complete the ULTRA CHALLENGE will win both Neoprene Toe Warmers AND a cool t-shirt (value $60)

Note:  If riders wish to start later on March 6, 13, 20 and 27, this is possible, provided they ride for a total of 2 hours.

If riders are unable to attend ALL the classes due to other cycling events such as Crush Covid, please let Coach Tara know and exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis !
